Thank you for your continued support of AUSWEB. We have an important update we wanted to let you know about.
AUSWEB was acquired in December last year by j2 Global. We have been working hard to deliver a seamless integration experience for all of our customers. Most of these have been behind the scenes. We are now at the point where we will start making changes that are more visible to you.
The first change you’ll notice is that we will be rebranding to Web24® in the coming weeks. Web24® is j2’s flagship hosting company, headquartered in Melbourne. We also have staff in Sydney, and have our hosting servers in both Melbourne and Sydney.
You’ll be using the Web24® website once we rebrand. As an existing AUSWEB customer, you will still have access to the same portal and tutorials you have on the existing AUSWEB website through the updated Web24® website.
We will be updating our Terms and Conditions. The Web24® Terms and Conditions and Service Level Agreement will apply to AUSWEB customers. The changes to the Terms and Conditions and Service Level Agreement are effective from October 4th, 2016.

Please note, direct deposit details remain the same but payment terms have changed so please ensure you familiarize yourself with these changes.
Finally, the free call support number has changed to 1300 493 224.
We want to assure you that it is business as usual for AUSWEB customers. These changes will have little to no impact to you, and there will be no service disruptions as we transition to the Web24® brand.
